On April 6th, seven employees from WestCMR, along with two guests, attended the Glow Gala to show their support for Habitat For Humanity. The evening was filled with inspiring speeches, delicious food and drinks, and an enjoyable after-party with dancing on the illuminated dance floor! The team and others dressed in bright neon colors to embrace the theme and have a great time while expressing their support.
The event was held at the gorgeous Vinoy Renaissance Resort in St. Petersburg and hosted over 500 attendees. This sold-out event raised over $1,000,000 to promote affordable homeownership! We were all moved by Tiffany Brown’s speech on the impact Habitat has had on her homeownership journey.
Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas and West Pasco Counties exemplifies putting God’s love into action by building homes, communities, and hope. The organization’s vision is a world where everyone has a decent place to live, and events like this gala play a crucial role in making that vision a reality.
It’s important to get the WestCMR team together outside of work hours, especially if it’s for a good cause such as Habitat for Humanity. We are beyond thankful to have attended this neon gala and cannot wait for next year’s event!
