Hosted at The Pelican Golf Club, JAM isn’t just a meeting. It’s our yearly reset. A moment to look back at how far we’ve come, recognize the people who made it happen, and set the tone for an even bigger year ahead!
A Look Back (and a Big Vision Forward)
We kicked off the day with our annual recap video which highlighted events attended & behind the scenes moments of the team. It was the perfect reminder that every milestone we hit was a team effort.
Leadership then shared company updates, performance highlights, and our focus for the year ahead, including exciting goals around growth, innovation, and philanthropy. The message was clear: our success has been built by growth, driven by confidence, and powered by each and everyone of us.
