We are so fortunate to live in America; home of the free, because of the brave. It is on days like Memorial Day that we count our blessings, as we remember those who served to protect our country and our freedom. There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.
The team here at WestCMR deeply values and appreciates all they’ve done, so we took the time to write thank you cards to the World War II Veterans for their tremendous act of service. We also placed flags around the border of our front lawn to honor those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
Later in the afternoon, we celebrated our freedom with some fresh air, BBQ food, and our annual Memorial Day Corn Hole Tournament! The competition was fierce, but there can only be one winner. Congratulations to Cassie Pilawski and Anthony Mitchell for taking the title of 2017’s champions!
