Knowing how to communicate with a variety of personalities can sometimes be challenging. Understanding this, WestCMR has invested in DISC: Understanding Human Behavior Training. The training was conducted by Kim Greer of T3 Global Learning.
DISC focuses on behavior styles and personality traits. The employees learned about not only their own styles and traits, but also the behaviors of colleagues in various departments throughout the organization.
WestCMR believes that if you take the time to understand what makes people tick and how to communicate effectively with different personality types, you can adjust your behaviors to achieve the best outcome.
