WestCMR Rolls Out New VTO Program

paid time off to volunteer

WestCMR has created a Volunteer Time Off program to support activities that enhance and serve the community that we live in, while addressing issues that may impact quality of life. The intention of this program is to allow our employees to share in the effort of giving back and create engagement opportunities that are meaningful, purposeful, and helps those in need. At the same time, we want our employees’ lives to be enriched and inspired by participating in these sorts of activities.

All full time employees, exempt and non-exempt, once they have completed their 90 day probationary period, are eligible for one paid VTO day per calendar year to support the charity of their choice.

WestCMR team members are extremely excited to participate in their first project of 2018 – a Habitat for Humanity build – next week!

If you are aware of a charitable organization in the Tampa Bay area that is in need of volunteers, please feel free to reach out to our Philanthropy Committee at [email protected].
