WestCMR, LLC proudly celebrated the holiday season with Habitat for Humanity as they broke ground on their newest project called “Longlake Preserve”— an exciting new 54-unit townhome development in Largo. This development is in partnership with the State of Florida, Pinellas County, the City of Largo, and G2 Design, all committed to enhancing affordable home ownership in Pinellas County.
Mike Sutton, President and CEO of Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas and West Pasco Counties, did an incredible job introducing all of the distinguished guests and team at Habitat for Humanities. His passion and drive towards this organization, along with his commitment to helping others were clearly evident.
Mike also shared that Randy Ware, Founder and CEO of WestCMR, LLC, generously pledged $100,000 towards the inaugural construction and WestCMR couldn’t be any happier! The efforts both internally and externally to help our community & the entire healthcare industry is incredibly rewarding. We are proud to leave this lasting footprint in our companies “backyard”, and are excited to see what other local business and community leaders can join us.
