At WestCMR, we seize every opportunity to brighten up our workdays, especially when it comes to holidays. This Halloween, we decided to transform our bustling sales pit into an amusing costume contest. Our staff, along with their furry friends (check out those adorable dogs below!), embraced the spirit of the holiday.
With a $25 prize for 3rd place, $50 for 2nd, and $100 for the 1st place winner, the stakes were high, but the primary goal was to remind everyone not to take life too seriously and to simply be themselves.
The festivities kicked off at 1:30 PM, and the judges were ready – a few brave team members who opted to spectate rather than participate. As the day unfolded, the WestCMR family revealed their imaginative alter egos and let their creativity shine.
In the end, the winners emerged, reflecting the vibrant and unique personalities that make WestCMR such a fantastic place to work. Kim claimed the 3rd place prize, adding an extra $25 to her pocket. Destiny, with her spectacular costume, secured the 2nd place spot, earning herself $50 to spend as she pleases. But the day belonged to John, our 1st place champion, whose costume left us all in awe and earned him a well-deserved $100 prize.
We even had a department dress up as different types of Barbie, such as Marketing Barbie and Boss Barbie, oh and of course, only one Ken. The creativity was through the roof!
Moments like these bring us together, strengthen our bonds, and serve as a delightful reminder that while we’re dedicated to our work, we also know how to have a blast. At WestCMR, being ourselves, celebrating the extraordinary in the ordinary, and having a good laugh is all in a day’s work. Cheers to another memorable WestCMR Halloween!
