Meet The Team: Danielle Drayer

In hopes you’ll get to know them as well as we do, we have put together this brand new series of short spotlight blogs.


At WestCMR each member plays a key role in achieving our goals. Monthly, we take the time to highlight individuals who stand out for their exceptional contributions. This December, we proudly turn the spotlight on Danielle Drayer.

Although Danielle’s deep knowledge and passion for WestCMR might give the impression that she’s always been part of our team, her background lies in nursing, where she has experience in cardiology, neurosurgical critical care, and trauma critical care. Danielle has been a part of WestCMR for nearly nine years, holding the position of Business Operations Administrator. While this title only scratches the surface of her diverse responsibilities, Danielle primarily serves as the executive assistant to the CEO and is a valuable member of the HR Team.

One of our newer team members attests, “Danielle was the reason I fell in love with WestCMR before even stepping foot in the building. After having my phone interview with Danielle, I felt so confident in the company and excited to be a part of the great company culture.”

Danielle thrives in the dynamic nature of her role, where each day brings new challenges and tasks. From planning employee events to recruiting, ordering supplies to booking travel, and handling company emails, Danielle contributes in many ways. These responsibilities are precisely what drew her to WestCMR—a company that values its staff and prioritizes good company culture.


Despite the company’s growth, Danielle highlights that WestCMR retains its close-knit team culture, where mutual support is the norm, and the CEO is accessible for any questions. She believes in the principle of “you get what you put in,” with everyone consistently giving their all. Danielle’s primary goal is to foster a positive work environment for everyone and keep the team enthusiastic about their work.

When asked about her biggest influences, Danielle acknowledges the talented and strong women on WestCMR’s Leadership team. The company supports each team member’s unique path to success, understanding that a thriving company culture is essential for overall success. One of Danielle’s cherished moments at WestCMR was participating in the Habitat for Humanity build in Cambodia as a representative, exemplifying the company’s commitment to giving back.
