Employee Spotlight: Christina Gross

At WestCMR, we know our team is the ones who make all the magic happen. And today, we’re shining the spotlight on Christina Gross—someone who brings heart, hustle, and a whole lot of wisdom to our Central Region Sales Team.

From Coast to Coast

Christina’s journey is nothing short of a whirlwind. Born in Atlanta, she moved through Alabama, Florida, California, Texas—then finally back to Florida, where she’s stayed since 1996. Why all the moving? Her dad worked for Ethicon, bouncing between divisions, which meant Christina actually never attended the same school two years in a row. But instead of letting change throw her off, she adapted. Fast. That early experience shaped her into someone who can connect with just about anyone, anywhere.

In 2021, she brought all that experience to WestCMR, along with an undeniable sense of purpose. For Christina, faith is a guiding force—it’s woven into everything she does, from personal connections to how she shows up at work.

Why WestCMR Feels Like Home

Ask Christina about her team, and she’ll tell you it’s a place where learning never stops. “I actually just learned what FOMO means! Every day brings me new opportunities to learn,” she says. One person she always counts on? Key—who’s first in line whenever a helping hand is needed.

Her work philosophy? Reliability and consistency. “You can train someone to do the work, but attitude is something that comes from within,” she shares. And even on tough days, she believes showing up with a good mindset can make all the difference.

Making an Impact, Quietly

Christina isn’t one for the spotlight when it comes to giving back—but don’t let that fool you. Behind the scenes, she’s constantly rallying the team to support good causes, proving that small acts of kindness add up to something big.

“It’s not about recognition; it’s just about making a difference,” she says. And when the WestCMR crew comes together for a cause, the impact is deep.

Beyond the Office

When she’s off the clock, Christina is all about enjoying life’s simple joys:

  • Fishing – because nothing beats peace and patience by the water.
  • Music – anything that makes you feel something.
  • Movies – classics like Legends of the Fall, Forrest Gump, and The Notebook.
  • Family time – especially moments with her granddaughter.
  • Reading – her favorite book? The Bible, no doubt!
  • Cooking – baking sourdough and bringing her grandma’s recipes back to life.
  • Crocheting – because cozy, handmade blankets make the best gifts.

Oh, and a fun fact? She finally got to see Stevie Nicks live—an absolute dream come true. Next on the bucket list? Go Blue Marlin Fishing.

Christina’s Words to Live By

Over the years, Christina’s learned a thing or two. When it comes to relationships, she believes respect and boundaries are everything.

Her biggest career advice? “You can always be trained. Treat it like it’s your own business. Care that much.”

And when it comes to life, she lives by one golden rule: “Be kind. You never know what someone else is going through.”

Rapid Fire – Just for Fun!
