Introducing… The Venue at WestCMR

Unwrap the Magic: A Holiday Celebration at Our New Event Space

This past Friday, December 13th, marked a truly special occasion as WestCMR hosted its annual Holiday party at The Venue at WestCMR—for the first time! The event wasn’t just a celebration of the season; it was a long-held dream by Randy Ware, CEO of WestCMR, whose vision and dedication brought this beautiful space to life.

The Venue at WestCMR, a stunning rooftop destination, is a cornerstone of WestCMR’s latest building expansion efforts. Built with heartfelt purpose, it stands as a gift to the community—a future haven for fundraising events and philanthropic celebrations. From the moment guests arrived, it was clear: this was no ordinary space. It whispered of hope, connection, and endless possibilities.

For Randy Ware, The Venue at WestCMR has been a labor of love. Plans began back in 2017, but the journey was far from linear. After breaking ground in 2019, unexpected twists — notably a pandemic — momentarily paused its progress. Yet, Randy’s vision never wavered. After all, dreams don’t expire, they only grow brighter with time!  On Friday night, surrounded by family, friends, philanthropy, community partners, and team members, Randy’s dream came alive in the most magical way.

To top it all off, Santa made a special appearance and didn’t come empty-handed! He ensured that every child left the party with something special in their hands. Laughter and excitement filled the air as little ones eagerly unwrapped their surprises with a priceless smile, and their eyes completely lit up. A moment that perfectly captured the holiday spirit.

The turnout was a testament to what Randy Ware and WestCMR stand for: bringing people together, celebrating each other, and creating spaces where memories are made and shared. This wasn’t just a Holiday party—it was a joyful promise of what’s to come.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to Kelli’s Catering for providing an incredible spread of delicious food that kept everyone satisfied throughout the evening. To the talented bartenders who kept the drinks flowing and the toasts lively, your efforts were truly appreciated. A special shout-out to DJ Byers, who played a key role in helping ensure The Venue at WestCMR was ready for this special night. And, of course, Danielle Drayer, Nicole Misener, Sandra Carvalho, and all of Santa’s wonderful helpers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make the evening seamless and memorable.

Most importantly, to Randy Ware, whose passion to connect with others built The Venue at WestCMR and whose heart filled it with meaning: thank you for believing in this dream, for hosting a night to remember, and for reminding us that even after delays and detours, dreams can become reality.

The Venue is ready to shine as a beacon of generosity, celebration, and community for years to come.

Happy holidays from all of us at WestCMR.
