At WestCMR, it’s our focus to make every team member feel appreciated and to recognize success. This month, we would like to shine the spotlight on one of our Accountants and a valuable member of the WestCMR team: Nikita Jivrajani!
Nikita had a diverse background before joining the WestCMR Team: She completed her Master’s in Advanced Accounting and Finance from a reputable university in India and holds a graduate certificate in Chartered Accountancy. After obtaining her degree, she interned for 3 years at chartered accountancy firms, working on accounting, tax, and auditing. Then, she worked as an accounting professional for 4 years at CPA firms in Toronto, Canada, gaining experience in accounting, financial reporting, and all other taxation-related matters.
Having previously lived in Florida, she moved back in 2023 and showed interest in working at WestCMR because of their focus on customer satisfaction, ethical business practices, and employee-focused work culture. Nikita has now been part of our team for a little over a year and still enjoys the culture and fair opportunities WestCMR provides. Her favorite memory has been our company’s January Annual Meeting (JAM), where we recognize those team members who went above and beyond, recap all the company’s growth over the year and outline what the following year’s goals and standards look like.
“JAM allowed me to learn key highlights of all the departments and what new things will happen in the upcoming year at WestCMR. I also love the award ceremony, which celebrates everyone’s success and hard work,” says Nikita.

She has been consistently proactive in learning new things and demonstrated a willingness to take on tasks outside her primary responsibilities. Nikita is steadfast, thorough, doesn’t cut corners, and I value the positive attitude, and the unwavering commitment she brings to every challenge”.
Nikita is motivated by constantly learning, and she plans to continue helping improve the financial reporting process at WestCMR. We admire Nikita’s hard work and her attitude toward embracing change. She is one of a kind, and we are happy to have her around! After all, it’s the people who truly make our company shine.
