At WestCMR, it’s important to make sure each team member leaves feeling important. One way WestCMR shows that is by having food trucks and treats available once a month for staff. On August 25, The Gelato Carte arrived in WestCMR’s main lobby and started our team’s weekend off right.
Shortly after setting up, there was a line to the door awaiting their free treat! The Gelato Carte had half dozen flavors, but the pistachio had everyone’s heart! “I have never had anything like this! Who would’ve thought pistachio gelato would be THIS good!” says team member Josh Golden.
The vibrant colors and artistic presentation of the Gelato were a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds. Even with these tasty flavors, this gesture was more special with the context- to show appreciation to their staff. It’s not just about the Gelato, but the acknowledgment of each individual’s dedication and hard work that makes WestCMR a thriving community. The Gelato cart wasn’t just a treat; it was a way of saying “thank you” in a language that transcends words – through delectable flavors and shared moments of enjoyment.
