Last Friday, WestCMR was a Golf Cart Sponsor and sent a team to play in the 19th Annual Otis C. Green Memorial Golf Tournament to benefit Homeless Empowerment Program (HEP). Since 1986, HEP has been serving our local community by providing homeless, low income families, and veterans with housing, food, clothing, and support services in order for them to obtain self-sufficiency and improved quality of life. The organization aims to break the cycle of homelessness for every family and individual that comes to them for assistance.
The four golfers that represented WestCMR included Aidan Francis, Ryan Ware, Richard Blanchard, and Team Captain Brian Lorenzato. The team shot +1 for the day and fell short of the lofty expectations they had for the tournament, but had a great time, nonetheless. The employees of WestCMR take great pride in the various events they get to attend throughout the year and the charities we help on a regular basis through the company’s philanthropy fund.
